Now this is really fantasy land!!
Planned as a private housing estate that did not take off it is now a Government run space open to the public.
How he thinks is not like mortal men! Building the open space above and on columns??
Makes one inspired to try mosaic on a grand scale not just a pot plant or outdoor table!!
